What you Need To Know.
Lead Time
Everything here is hand made, one at a time. This takes a hot minute. From the moment your order comes in I get to working. When I have an estimate of when your order will be fulfilled I'll let you know. Could take up to four weeks. Could take one. But plan on four.
Shipping
Shipping rates are set by my fulfillment carrier of choice, UPS. Items are packaged in eco friendly bags and regular ole cardboard boxes. Once a label is created you will get an email with a tracking number, letting you know your package is on the way.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Variations in design are part of the charm of a hand made item. I am not a machine. The goods I produce have an obvious touch of human in them in every way. Because all items are custom made I rarely issue returns or refunds. I work diligently to work with you on the product of your choice and to deliver what you ask for. If you purchase something from me and it arrives damaged or inconsistent with your expectations please let me know and I we can work on issuing a replacement. If your item has been used, in any way, I will not be able to issue a return or replacement.
Why don't you ship piñatas?
Because it is so damn expensive. like $75 expensive. So I just don't offer it. But in reality, I can ship them, if you are willing to pony up. For the rest of the world- you'll just have to come to New Orleans and bash a piñata in City Park.
How can you make me custom clothing when I live out of town?
I can't, really, not the way I want to. If you want custom clothing from me and you aren't in New Orleans the best I can do is to have you send me your measurements and I will create your clothing as close to true as possible. OR... if you are planning to come to New Orleans you can always start the process early, come for a final fitting when you are here, and then you'll have a custom item pretty much ready on arrival.
